I Love Lucy

I am old enough to have relished reruns of I Love Lucy on TV where whirly skirts and bobby socks hailed all that was good about the 1950s (the furniture designs remain some of my favorites)...here with 2 rare dresses from the era and one later copy but just as good...feel the flare!
This froth in peach taffeta has been shortened slightly to the knee to rid this beauty of any major damage...she is beautiful in a tight size 32 boned bodice with prom night asymmetrical shoulder construction R225

Staggering original piece in midnight blue lace as delicate as a spider web which my seamstress has spent painstaking hours restoring...the inset diamante gives this baby a night at the ball feel

This baby blue satin and lace is a later copy of a 50s original which is made of tougher material than either of the 2 dresses above in a comfy size 36-38 R225
